He / She will be financial minded person responsible for Accounting, P & L, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Audit, Reporting Results, Quality Management, Developing Budgets, Company Insurance, and Healthcare.
PRE REQUISITES :
Minimum of five (5) years, full-time experience in accounting and / or bookkeeping.
Professional degree required.
Experience in financial accounting, bookkeeping, audits, human resources, etc
Proficient with QuickBooks accounting software.
Excellent communication skills dealing with customers.
Working knowledge of residential construction business.

- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Bank Deposits
- Bank Reconciliation
- Maintain P&L / Balance Sheets
- Cash Flow
- Budget Preparation and Tracking
- Tax Return Preparation
- Sales and Use Tax Reporting
- Payroll new hires, payroll processing, W-2s, Federal / State unemployment reporting, garnishments, 1099 reporting
- Healthcare enrollment, deductions, payments, Cobra, renewals
- 401K enrollment, deductions, payments, investments choices, annual filings with IRS
- Insurance work comp, general liability, building, vehicle / trailer, Subcontractor, audits
- Lead Paint Certification keep certification current, report on audits
- Miscellaneous other duties associated with financial acumen and human resources.
