We are seeking a Creative Partnerships Manager to join the Corporate Marketing team in Seattle, who will orchestrate and oversee creative projects that align with F5 brand identity and business objectives, acting as a bridge between stakeholders, the internal creative team, and external creative agencies.

Position Summary As Creative Partnerships Manager on the Corporate Marketing team, you will ensure projects can be communicated, created and delivered, balancing the needs of stakeholders with those of the internal creative team and external creative agencies. You will translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable creative briefs, and ensure that all parties have a shared understanding of project goals, timelines, and deliverables. You will ask the right questions to help stakeholders better plan for incoming projects and will balance a support and leadership mindset to achieve high-level outcomes. Your success will be measured by delivering high-quality creative projects that drive business results, fostering strong internal and external partnerships, and contributing to the company’s growth.

You Will

  • Support strategy, communication, and deliverables to, for, and with agencies with a focus on efficiency, value, and clarity
  • Manage day-to-day interactions with agencies, ensuring smooth workflows and timely delivery
  • Identify and mitigate risks (e.g., stakeholder satisfaction, off-target work, project delays)
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes with internal teams and agencies
  • Uphold F5’s Business Code of Ethics and promptly report violations
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

  • A track record of success leading internal and external creative partnerships for a brand or product with meaningful market results
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • The Job Description is a general representation of responsibilities and requirements and is subject to change. The annual base pay for this position is : $97,300.00 - $145,900.00. F5 maintains broad salary ranges to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, location, and market conditions. The pay range is as of the time of posting and may change.
