Salary : $23 - $24 per hour

Schedule : Part-time; Monday - Wednesday; 8am - 5pm

Maintenance Technician Purpose :

The Maintenance Technician I is to assist the Maintenance Supervisor and / or Maintenance Team in maintaining the physical integrity of the community, in a manner consistent with Thrive’s Values. This involves ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors and staff. The maintenance Technician will carry out assigned duties in a safe manner and other duties as requested by the Maintenance Supervisor. In the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician will assume all maintenance responsibilities.

Background Check & Drug Screen Policy
