Position Summary :
National Power is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead the installation of Critical Infrastructure projects. This role involves supervising electrical crews, coordinating with civil subcontractors, ensuring code compliance, and managing project timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities : (Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary)
- Lead and supervise electrical installations for Critical Infrastructure projects
- Coordinate with subcontractors to align electrical work with structural components
- Interpret and integrate electrical and civil blueprints with site plans
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and other safety and electrical standards
- Conduct site visits, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions
- Collaborate with engineers, utility companies, and local authorities
- Maintain accurate records of progress, inspections, and inventory
- Manage project schedules and ensure timely, on-budget completion
- Travel up to 75% to various project sites
Qualifications :
5+ years of experience as an Electrical ForemanLicensed Journeyman or Master Electrician (preferred)EVITP Certification (preferred)An OSHA 30 certification or the ability to obtain one (training provided by National Power)Strong leadership and mentoring skillsExcellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilitiesSkills & Competencies :
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skillsHigh attention to detail and safetyAbility to work independently and collaboratively in field environmentsComfortable working outdoors, at heights, and in varying weather conditionsPhysical Demands :
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularlyFrequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders or stairsComfortable working at heights and elevated platformsAbility to perform in varying work environments as described belowManual dexterity to operate hand and power tools safely and effectivelyVisual acuity to read schematics, labels, and perform detailed inspectionsAbility to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including hard hats, gloves, safety glasses, and harnessesAbility to travel frequently, including driving long distances and flying to remote job sitesWillingness to stay out of town for extended periods (up to several weeks at a time) depending on project needsPhysical and mental stamina to work long shifts, sometimes in isolated or rugged environmentsBenefits :

Criminal background check, pre-employment drug screen, MVR and DOT physical are requiredThis position requires travel to different job sites. Overnight stays may be necessary depending on the project locationOvertime and weekend work may be necessary to meet project deadlines.
