Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Warehouse Associate for our Rental Division. As a Loader / Unloader, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient handling of products by driving company trucks to designated areas in the facility to unload soiled products and load clean uniforms, floor mats, and additional customer products onto trucks based on designated customer routes.

Responsibilities

  • Drive company trucks to designated areas in the facility for unloading of soiled products.
  • Load clean uniforms, floor mats, and additional customer products onto trucks based on customer routes.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
  • Meet or exceed standards for the quantity and quality of products loaded and unloaded.

Essential Skills

  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.

  • Must adhere to attendance policy.
  • Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time.
  • Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.
  • Must be comfortable with exposure to hot or cold temperatures and exposure to the elements.
  • Must be willing to handle materials that are soiled or have pungent odors, with appropriate protective equipment.

    Work Environment

    The work environment is a warehouse setting that may have drafts due to open doors for truck loading and unloading. The warehouse floor features movable racks and some areas with large bins. Employees should be prepared to work in conditions that may involve temperature variations and exposure to the elements.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.50 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
