    • Requirements

  • Minimum Board Certification : Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 years of residency)
  • License Requirement : CA license required (open to providers willing to obtain)
  • CA Fluoroscopy Certification : Required or in progress
  • Providers will also need to have or being working towards obtaining the CA FLURO
  • The Following Certifications Are Required : ACLS
  • Estimated Credentialing Timeframe : 90 days
  • Fellowship : Required - Female Urology fellowship
  • Will reimburse for licensing costs

  • Fertility work-up

  • Adult Urology
  • Percutaneous nephrolithotomy
  • Radical cystectomy with ileo-loop conduit
  • Radical prostatectomy
  • Robotic surgery (including partial nephrectomy, intraoperative ultrasound)
  • Incontinence procedures
  • Penile prosthesis
  • Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL)

    • Additional Information

  • Must supervise Advanced Practice Providers
  • No residents or teaching required
  • Facility will accept one provider only
  • CA licensure and fluoroscopy certification support available

    • This is a long-term outpatient urology opportunity with light call in California, ideal for a board-certified or board-eligible urologist seeking stable work and potential for permanent placement.
