- Maintaining builder relationships.
- Address issues and provide solutions for customer concerns.
- Oversee customer account management - Includes developing new business along with negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profits.
- Maintain all aspects of customer PO's.
- Participate in local builder events to maintain and cultivate customer relationships.
- Walk houses to ensure the customer is being provided a quality product.
- Attend customer meetings.
- Be aware of competition within your customers subdivisions.
- Make sure all paperwork contains all the necessary information to ensure the POs are delivered on time and complete.
- Locate and provide information on potential new builders.
Qualifications, Education, and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.3+ years of experience in sales management within the flooring, construction, or building materials industry.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.Knowledge of flooring materials, installation processes, and industry standards preferred.Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.Benefits
