Maintaining builder relationships.
Address issues and provide solutions for customer concerns.
Oversee customer account management - Includes developing new business along with negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profits.
Maintain all aspects of customer PO's.
Participate in local builder events to maintain and cultivate customer relationships.
Walk houses to ensure the customer is being provided a quality product.
Attend customer meetings.
Be aware of competition within your customers subdivisions.
Make sure all paperwork contains all the necessary information to ensure the POs are delivered on time and complete.
Locate and provide information on potential new builders.

Qualifications, Education, and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

3+ years of experience in sales management within the flooring, construction, or building materials industry.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.

Knowledge of flooring materials, installation processes, and industry standards preferred.

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
