Food & Beverage Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and dependable Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our leadership team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to lead our restaurant, bar, and banquet outlets, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with extensive supervisory experience in food and beverage operations, a servant-leader mindset, and the ability to inspire and support their team while maintaining operational excellence. This position is highly hands-on and requires a leader who can effectively balance team development, operational efficiency, and guest engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Supervise daily operations of restaurant, bar, and banquet outlets to ensure service standards and guest satisfaction are consistently achieved
  • Lead by example with a servant-hearted approach, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment
  • Monitor and maintain quality standards for food, beverage, and service delivery
  • Provide on-the-floor support to the team, ensuring smooth service flow during peak times.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a memorable experience
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement operational strategies and initiatives

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Proven supervisory experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a restaurant, bar, or banquet setting
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with a servant-leader mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work primarily evening shifts with 1–2 morning shifts per week, depending on business needs
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing business demands
  • High level of professionalism, dependability, and a positive attitude

    Requirements :

    Flexible availability — primarily evening / night shifts, with 1–2 morning shifts per week based on business needs, weekends and holidays included.

    Ability to stand, walk, and remain on feet for extended periods (up to 8–10 hours).

    Ability to lift and carry up to 25–30 lbs (moving supplies, chairs, boxes, etc.).

    Must have at least 2 years of Food & Beverage supervisory or lead experience in a hotel, resort, or high-volume restaurant / bar environment.

    Strong working knowledge of restaurant / bar service standards, banquet operations, and food safety regulations.

    Dependability and accountability — must consistently follow through on duties, schedules, and commitments.

    Proven ability to communicate effectively with both staff and guests (verbal and written).

    Hands-on leadership style with a servant heart — comfortable jumping in to assist staff as needed.

    Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass background / reference checks.
