Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rental Coordinator to oversee the end-to-end execution of equipment rental processes across multiple branch locations. This role is responsible for managing rental order generation, fulfillment, maintenance coordination, and return procedures to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with company objectives.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments and external customers. This position plays a critical role in maximizing equipment availability, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting the achievement of organizational goals through timely and precise execution of rental operations.

Hiring Range

At Komatsu, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays $55,000 - $65,000. The actual offer will consider a wide range of factors, including experience and location.
