Job Description
Oversee all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and address any challenges or risks proactively.
Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in project management.

The Successful Applicant
7+ years experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably with ground up commercial, education, or multi-family projects.
Experience with running self perform projects.
Bachelors in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture preferred
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
