Job Description
Seeking compassionate Masters-level Licensed Clinicians for a full-time, home-based Child and Family Treatment program with a $7,500 sign-on bonus.
Earn $66,560–$70,720 annually, plus incentives, mileage reimbursement, and benefits such as health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off.
Responsibilities include managing an average caseload of 6 clients, providing family therapy, and utilizing evidence-based practices like TF-CBT, PCIT, and MATCH. Clinicians receive regular supervision, ongoing training, and certification opportunities.
Ideal candidates have full or provisional licenses (LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LMFT) and experience in community-based, family, or crisis services. Flexibility in scheduling and in-person work in Augusta, Waterville, or Skowhegan are required.
