Customer Experience Center Operations Specialist

Located in Maple Grove, Minnesota, the Arbor Lakes Customer Experience Center (CXC) is a dynamic, multi-functional space that brings together Sales Training and Healthcare Professional (HCP) engagement programs. It serves as a central hub for immersive product showcases, lab tours, and educational training, supporting collaboration across divisions and reflecting the combined efforts of the Institute for Advancing Science (IAS) and Innovation Center to deliver impactful customer experiences.

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Center Specialist to lead the strategic oversight and daily operations of the CXC. This role goes beyond coordination, it requires expertise in facility operations, stakeholder management, and program support to ensure the center is optimized as a premier space for internal and external engagement. The Specialist will own the end-to-end management of the space, including scheduling, vendor relationships, technical readiness, and operational excellence. This is a highly visible role that will interface with senior leaders, customers, and cross-divisional stakeholders.

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Act as the primary steward of the CXC, representing the space with professionalism and pride across all divisions.
  • Strategically manage space utilization, balancing competing priorities across divisions and programs.
  • Coordinate food and beverage logistics for all customer-facing and Sales Training programs.
  • Work with stakeholders regarding space utilization to prioritize requests as they are received.
  • Create and manage a master schedule for all CXC activity.
  • Maintain CXC vendor contracts.
  • Collaborate with lab owners to allocate space for programs.
  • Order supplies based on upcoming program needs.
  • Streamline service requests and ensure timely resolution of facilities and technical issues.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and functionality of all storage and operational areas.
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance customer-facing programming and evolve the CXC experience over time.
  • Escalate technical issues to the appropriate resource, ensuring minimal disruption during programs.

Required qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assertively manage resources and confidently make decisions.
  • Proficiency in using office productivity software and scheduling tools.
  • Capability to work onsite 3-5 days a week to oversee space maintenance and operations.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Prior experience in facilities management or event coordination.
  • Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
