In our Walton Hills, OH facility, the B2B Technical Inside Sales Coordinator is the trusted ally for customers and the manufacturing floor. If you enjoy decoding blueprints, crafting accurate quotes, and moving opportunities through a fast-paced pipeline, this is your moment.
The Role
You’ll serve as the first line of response for inquiries, build lasting client relationships, and ensure every promise aligns with shop capability and timelines.
Success Looks Like
- Developing and nurturing relationships with existing customers while prospecting for new accounts.
- Running market research to spot trends and identify fresh sales opportunities.
- Coordinating with manufacturing to confirm specifications, lead times, and feasibility.
- Managing the sales pipeline : capturing leads, following up quickly, and keeping momentum.
- Delivering outstanding customer service across the entire sales process.
- Maintaining thorough records of activities and interactions for visibility and accuracy.
How You’ll Do It
Interpret blueprints, apply shop math, perform measurements, and prepare precise quotes.Communicate clearly with B2B customers, translating technical needs into actionable orders.Leverage ERP software to organize quotes, orders, and reporting.What You Bring to the Table
Inside sales background; manufacturing experience strongly preferred.Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and product workflows.Top-tier communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable in a team and working independently.Organized, detail-focused, and goal-oriented with a record of hitting targets.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills; strong command of Microsoft Excel.Hands-on capability in blueprint reading, measuring, and quoting.Experience with B2B and inside sales methodologies.Minimum education : High school diploma or GED.Tools of the Trade
