Studio Manager
The Studio Manager sets the tone of the studio and sees excellence as the only acceptable result of the teams efforts. They motivate, inspire, and guide the team toward studio goals while ensuring every guest enjoys a consistently exceptional visit. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends operations, sales, and team development.
Position Details
Hours : 3040 per week, flexible availability including some evenings and weekendsStudio Hours : MonFri : 7 AM9 PM | SatSun : 8 AM6 PMCompensation : $22$25 per hour (based on experience)Monthly bonus tied to membership base & retention

The Studio Manager leads four key areas : Team Management, Member Management, Sales Growth, and Facility Operations.
1. Team Management
Own the sales culture and build a high-performing membership sales team.Recruit, train, schedule, and personally coach each MSA to strengthen individual sales skillsphone calls, lead follow-ups, and in-studio conversions.Lead monthly team huddles plus regular sales training and role-play sessions.Conduct consistent one-on-one coaching to track progress, refine techniques, and set personalized action plans.Provide real-time feedback during shifts to sharpen closing skills and increase membership conversions.Monitor Woven training completion and create accountability for continual learning.2. Member & Guest Experience
Ensure every guest receives a consistent, welcoming check-in and tourResolve membership questions and maintain high Listen360 satisfaction scoresOversee referral and seasonal promotions, including community events (partnerships, farmers markets, wellness fairs, etc.)Communicate Perspire benefitsinfrared therapy, red-light therapy, halotherapyclearly and confidentlyCommunicating solutions for member concerns that adhere to Perspire policy while supporting the members needs and positive experience with our studio3. Sales Growth
Drive studio membership growth by building your teams sales confidence and consistency.Use our proven sales process and AXLE lead-management system to maximize conversions.Track and report KPIsconversion %, referrals, retention, and revenueand create individualized action plans for each team member.Implement monthly promotions (e.g., Refer Your Ritual ) and coordinate outreach with local partners, BNI, and Chamber of Commerce contacts.Ensure every associate is fully trained and prepared to present and sell each promotion effectively.4. Operations & Facility
Manage daily / weekly studio inspectionsMaintain a spotless, fully operational facility that meets brand standardsOversee community partnerships to build local awarenessBuild and adjust the weekly staff schedule to balance coverage, labor costs, and team availability.Traits for Success
Proven leadership and supervisory skills; able to motivate a diverse teamResults-driven, with strong sales and customer-service orientationAnalytical decision-making and problem-solving skillsPoise and diplomacy when handling guest concernsPassion for health and wellness, excellent interpersonal communicationFlexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPreferred Experience
2+ years in sales, customer service, or management (spa / health / wellness a plus)Familiarity with Mindbody software is helpful but not requiredAbout Perspire
