Shift : Night 3x12-Hour (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM)
Weekend Coverage : Every Other Weekend
Scheduling : Other (no block schedule)
Job Overview :
Provide care on a 36-bed ICU step-down unit with high acuity patients including medical, surgical, trauma, cardiac, and stroke patients. This is a fast-paced environment requiring strong critical care skills.
Experience & Certifications :
Required : Minimum 2 years solid IMC experience (must have step-down ICU experience, not just PCU)Preferred : Previous charge nurse experienceCertifications Required :ACLS
