Key Responsibilities :

• Lead month-end and quarter-end close processes in coordination with fund administrators, including fund expense preparation and financial package review.
• Oversee and reconcile fund and client transactions, including capital movements, trading activity, line of credit usage, and expense allocations.
• Coordinate capital calls and distributions with third-party fund administrators and ensure accurate internal tracking.
• Support year-end audit procedures by preparing documentation and liaising with auditors and fund administrators.
• Support year-end tax processes by coordinating with external tax service providers.
• Assist with annual ADV compliance filings and related regulatory documentation.
• Collaborate with Client Advisor teams to resolve client inquiries.
• Interpret and extract key information from fund legal documents, including partnership agreements, offering memorandums, and audited financials.
• Contribute to team-wide projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and scalability.
