Application Development Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Application Development Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Manages a team responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex enterprise software solutions

Coordinates the work of third-party development teams and ensures compliance with standards and policies

Provides coaching, career development planning, and performance reviews for junior application developers

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience, or equivalent experience

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred

Experience with application development and applications architecture

Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies

Familiarity with DevOps best practices and programming languages such as Java, Pega, or JavaScript
