The Leadership Giving Officer (LGO), CEPS works to fundraise at the leadership giving level ($25,000 - $99,999). The incumbent will focus primarily on managing a portfolio of prospects capable of making philanthropic contributions in this range from CEPS constituents to support the priorities set by the Dean of CEPS. They will collaborate with CEPS leadership and stakeholders, as well as colleagues across the Development team and University Advancement. They will coordinate strategic communications, events, and other initiatives to identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, engage and steward prospects toward leadership level giving. They should be goal-oriented, entrepreneurial, strategic, and able to build and expand relationships with constituents to achieve measurable philanthropic outcomes. Requirements include a proven track record in fundraising or a closely related field, strong interpersonal skills, project / priorities management, and high motivation, organization, and attention to detail.

Hybrid Workplace Expectation
This is a hybrid position. The expectation is that employees reside within reasonable distance to the Durham, NH campus so they can come to campus according to business needs. Exact in-person vs. remote arrangement will be clarified by the hiring manager.
