About The Position

Job Title : Medical Laboratory Tech

Location : Lubbock, TX

Shift : Evening - 8 hours

Pay - $2200 / weekly

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technician to perform routine and specialized lab tests to help diagnose, treat, and prevent disease. The ideal candidate is accurate, efficient, and committed to delivering high-quality lab results in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities :

Collect, prepare, and analyze blood, urine, and other specimens

Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments

Perform quality control and calibrations to ensure accurate results

Document and report test findings in the Laboratory Information System (LIS)

Follow all lab safety protocols and infection control standards

Collaborate with healthcare providers for accurate diagnosis and patient care

Job Requirements

Requirements :

Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field

ASCP or equivalent certification preferred

California CLS / MLT license required

1+ year of clinical lab experience preferred (new grads welcome)

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Familiarity with laboratory regulations (CLIA, OSHA, CAP)
