Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations across field teams, project management, estimating, procurement, and safety.
- Translate company strategy into actionable business plans and measurable results.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Mentor and develop department leaders, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Partner with the President and executive team to drive growth and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
