The Good Eating Company is seeking an experienced Executive Chef, this dynamic culinary leader will be at an account in Reston, Virgina.

The Executive Chef will have total culinary responsibilities including the supervision of culinary team with a focus on excellent customer experience .

Our ideal candidate will be innovative, keeping services fresh and updated based on current trends. They will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and organizati onal skills .

What You'll Do : let the food tell the story

ensure all food always looks and tastes great and is visually appetizing when served

are strong all-round culinary ability and strong craft skills in all areas of professional cookery, including main courses; salads; sauce work; and pastry and baking

have a strong knowledge of food and able to cook using multiple styles of cuisine

constantly looking for new recipes and new ideas and initiatives that will improve both the quality of food and service as a whole

take pride in producingdelicious, wholesome dishes, using the finest,natural ingredients sourced from our carefully selected s ustainability suppliers

have experience with hands on farm to fork culinary operations and catering

Qualifications & Requirements : Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 2 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
