As a Float Teacher at Clever Bee Academy, youll provide care and education to children of all ages while supporting classrooms across our Cleveland centers. Youll travel between Ridge Road, Broadway, Arbor Park, Kinsman, and St. Clair locations to ensure every child receives the attention and support they need to thrive.

Important Requirements :

Must have a form of transportation to travel to various centers where help is needed
Must be flexible with the schedule
Must understand that this job doesn't have a set schedule or guaranteed hours

Minimum Requirements :

18 years or older; High school diploma or equivalent

6+ months of experience working in a licensed childcare center or comparable setting

Ability to pass BCI / FBI Background Check

Valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications :

Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field

1+ years of experience working with children of all ages

CPL II or Child Development Associate Certification upon hire (CDA sponsorship available)

CPR and First Aid Certified

Responsibilities & Skills :

Provide high-quality care and education to children of all ages while creating a safe, nurturing environment that supports learning and development

Collaborate with educators to plan and implement age-appropriate activities and maintain accurate records of each childs growth and progress

Communicate effectively with parents and families, using strong interpersonal and organizational skills to build trust and keep them informed

Bring expertise in early childhood education and the ability to thrive in diverse, inclusive settings to support all children in your care
