Schedule : Full-time 40 hours per week | Mon-Fri | 2pm-10 : 15pm

What You'll Do in This Role :

Are you passionate about helping others succeed and grow in their careers? As our Caregiver Retention Specialist, you'll play a vital role in welcoming and supporting new Resident Care Assistants and Med Techs as they begin their journey in senior living.

In this rewarding role, you'll provide hands-on, role-specific training that builds confidence, strengthens skills, and sets our caregivers up for long-term success.
