Business / Supervisory

Written & Verbal Communications Ability to effectively communicate within all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing Functional, Specialized, & Technical Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Organizational skills are required Analytical & Problem Solving Critical Analysis and attention to detail Data Analysis and proficiency in statistical techniques

Minimum Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Health Services Administration, or related field Preferred Education & Experience Master's degree in Human Services, Health Services Administration, or related field 1-2 years Mental health experience 1-2 years' experience working in Quality Assurance
