Doing taxes is much more than filling in some forms. For most Americans, their tax return is the biggest single financial event of the year. That's where you come in! The role you play is critical to our success, and together we are Working Hard for the Hardest Working Americans. This mission drives our passionate team as we ease clients' stress and provide exceptional customer service and top-notch tax knowledge.

At Jackson Hewitt, we offer invaluable guidance through tax codes, rules, and processes with integrity, quality, and consistencyservices that many taxpayers do not receive from DIY or other providers. We take pride in that.

Flexible Schedules :

  • Day, Night & Weekend shifts available
  • Full-time & Part-time positions
  • Seasonal positions only : From January to Mid of April

We invite you back year after year, so you can always count on the extra money and work in the winter! Several positions are available! Work available in Store Fronts or Retail Locations!

    What You'll Do :

  • As a Seasonal Tax Preparer, you will provide guidance, explain, prepare, and complete accurate tax-related forms for clients, which may include multi-year, multi-state, and year-end tax forms.
  • Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to provide accurate information and guidance to clients and staff.
  • Career development : Grow your tax expertise and expand your professional skills through continuous training and development opportunities.

  • Passion for providing extraordinary customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of computer functions and math
  • Commitment, willingness, and capability to complete tax courses
  • PTIN Certification : Yes...we help with this!

    • Compensation : $15.50 - $17.50 per hour
