Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership : Act as a self-starter who can drive projects from start to finish by thinking creatively to solve problems, overcome obstacles, and keep projects on track.
• Team Management : Lead, coach, and mentor a small team of project managers, ensuring consistent communication, accountability, and successful project outcomes.
• Creative Problem-Solving : Navigate challenges with innovative, out-of-the-box thinking. Identify and resolve gate-keeping items and barriers promptly.
• Project Reporting : Ensure regular status updates, maintain project dashboards, and ensure weekly reports are submitted on time.
• Stakeholder Coordination : Manage daily coordination and communication between architects, contractors, modular vendors, consultants, and municipal building departments.
• Budget and Schedule Management : Oversee project budgets and timelines, ensuring accurate tracking of costs, timely approvals, and keeping projects within budget and on schedule.
• Construction Oversight : Monitor the construction process to ensure compliance with architectural plans, building permits, and schedules.
• Vendor & Consultant Coordination : Assist in the selection and management of vendors and consultants, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Close-Out and Audit : Support the close-out process, ensuring accurate final budgets and completing necessary audits.
• Documentation : Ensure detailed meeting minutes are published and follow up on open items in a timely manner.
