Job Description : \nThe RN provides comprehensive nursing care using knowledge from biological, physical, behavioral, and nursing sciences to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Follows the ANA Code of Ethics and the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, ensuring culturally sensitive and age-appropriate care in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team.\n\nUnit : \nLabor & Delivery (29 beds) – Handles ~3,100 deliveries and 2,100 ambulatory patients annually. Includes 12 labor / delivery beds, 4 high-risk beds, 3 OR suites, 3 post-op recovery beds, and a 4-bed triage unit. Cares for patients from newborns to adults.\n\nDetails : \n\nAssignment : 13 weeks\n\nShift : Nights, 3×12 hrs / week\n\nCall : None\n\nHoliday : Must work one (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year)\n\nExperience : Minimum 3 years L&D (5+ preferred)
