Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and escalations through live chat and email
Troubleshoot issues related to bookings, payments, integrations, and platform features
Document cases, identify patterns, and collaborate with internal teams for process improvements
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a customer support environment, preferably with software or ecommerce products
Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new tools quickly
Experience with Google Suite and Helpdesk systems like Zendesk or Intercom
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Knowledge of Portuguese is a plus
