Role Summary

The Project Executive plays a pivotal role in leading complex restoration projects while driving strategic growth through client acquisition and relationship management. This position blends project leadership with business development , making it ideal for professionals with deep industry knowledge and a strong network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership : Oversee multiple restoration projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability.
  • Client Management : Act as the primary liaison for clients, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Business Development :

Identify and pursue new opportunities in commercial real estate, healthcare, education, and industrial sectors.

  • Utilize an existing book of business or industry contacts to generate leads and secure new work.
  • Collaborate with estimating and marketing teams to develop winning proposals.
  • Strategic Growth : Support regional expansion strategies and contribute to market intelligence and positioning.
  • Team Development : Mentor project managers and field staff, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in construction project management , ideally within building envelope restoration or specialty contracting.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and client acquisition.
  • A strong network of industry contacts or existing book of business is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and budgeting software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
