SR. Network Analyst (San Antonio)

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Systems Analyst with a strong background in infrastructure design, maintenance, and senior-level tier 3 support. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise across server, network, storage, and security technologies, and working in virtualized environments. This role will involve infrastructure communication across different departments, ensuring seamless integration and maintenance of systems.

Responsibilities Include :

• Design and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Provide senior-level (tier 3) support for one or more of the following areas : servers, networks, storage, or security.
• Lead infrastructure projects and supervise small teams, guiding them in solving complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure clear communication and alignment regarding infrastructure needs and changes.
• Manage infrastructure in virtual environments, including network storage, Cisco networking, security, telephony, SQL, and server-level system administration.
• Perform infrastructure maintenance and ensure uptime across multiple platforms and technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SD-WAN, enterprise Wi-Fi, ITMs, and cloud technologies (preferred but not required).
