Our 6-bed unit is focused on delivering compassionate medical attention tailored to individuals. As a key RN team member, you will implement specialized care plans that positively influence patient outcomes. Your expertise and innovative approach will shape the patient experience in a significant way.\n\nThe RN will demonstrate ongoing professional growth and clinical proficiency, using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for each patient.\n
  • Perform vital plan-of-care interventions such as medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.\n
  • Accurately document all aspects of patient care provided.\n
  • Monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions appropriately to the care team, physicians, patients, and their families.\n
  • Assist patients with daily activities including personal hygiene, nutrition, and mobility.\n
  • Collaborate across disciplines for coordinated patient care, encompassing transfers, discharges, referrals, and addressing spiritual / psychosocial support needs.\n
  • Assess patient and family education needs and provide relevant information tailored to their circumstances.\n
  • Act as a strong advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of every patient.\n\nMinimum Qualifications : \n\nEducation : \n
  • Associate's degree in nursing required\n
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred\n\nCertifications : \n
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days of hire.\n
  • Neonatal Resuscitation, Basic Fetal Monitoring, and STABLE certifications are needed within 6 months of hire.\n
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is required within 12 months of hire.\n\nLicense : \n
