Compliance Examiner Business Lead

The Single-Family Acquisitions Team is responsible for managing compliance and operational risk for the division.

In this role, you contribute your knowledge of single-family risk management to :

Conduct Risk Assessments.
Evaluate effectiveness of Counterparty's Risk Management Program.
Drive key organizational objectives independently or contribute as a team member.
Administer the Counterparty Operational Risk Evaluation (CORE) questionnaire.
Evaluate the Seller / Servicer compliance with the Freddie Mac guide.
Focus on essential strategic initiatives.
Foster a culture of accountability by embodying the values you promote.
Lead a culture that prioritizes and supports team member professional growth.

Qualifications :

8 - 10 years related experience.

College Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies / degree preferred.

Deep understanding and experience with risk management and controls.

Ability to communicate and present to all levels of management including executive leadership.

Excellent written and verbal skills with sharp attention to detail.

Strong Microsoft Excel experience, preferred.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
