Position Overview
We are seeking a driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is success-driven and self-motivated. You’ll be the face of Family Tree Roofing, providing solutions, education, and peace of mind.
Compensation : $85,000 - $250,000
Responsibilities :
- Generate leads through door-to-door sales and neighborhood outreach.
- Perform roof inspections, document findings, and educate homeowners.
- Meet with insurance adjusters to advocate for homeowners.
- Prepare estimates and present solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.
- Manage projects from contract signing through build completion and payment collection.
- Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads consistently.
- Represent Family Tree Roofing professionally in the community.
