A company is looking for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to manage payroll and benefits for its employees.
Key Responsibilities :
Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll for over 400 employees and manage related payroll duties
Administer benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans, and assist employees with benefits inquiries
Support HR administration tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records in HRIS
Key Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience processing payroll
Proficiency in Paylocity and familiarity with additional payroll platforms
Extensive experience managing benefits programs with a strong compliance background
In-depth understanding of federal and state payroll laws and tax regulations
Proficient in Mac, G Suite, and Microsoft Office applications
