  • We’re looking for an Estimator to join our growing team.
  • In this role, you’ll assist in developing conceptual and hard bid estimates, performing takeoffs, and preparing construction budgets for a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in preparing conceptual, schematic, and design development budgets, as well as detailed hard bids.
  • Perform quantity takeoffs, labor estimates, and scope breakdowns.
  • Partner with design and project teams to develop cost-effective and constructible project solutions.
  • Compile and present well-documented, data-driven estimates.
  • Maintain and support subcontractor / vendor databases and prequalification processes.
  • Assist in assembling and presenting final estimates to clients and internal teams.
  • Support project managers during subcontractor selection and pre-award activities.
  • Identify potential project risks and collaborate on mitigation strategies.

    • Qualifications & Background :

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field. 2+ years of experience in conceptual and hard bid estimating.
  • Ability to review construction drawings and specifications to determine project scope.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize across multiple projects.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and construction management tools, methods, and techniques (Bluebeam, bid solicitation software, and MS Access).
  • Working knowledge of Revit, Smartsheet, or scheduling software (a plus).
  • Proficiency with estimating software, including On-Screen Takeoff and Iconica / Pantera plan room. Experience with AI, Assemble, or other 3D takeoff software (a plus).
  • Comfortable working independently and within cross-disciplinary teams.
  • Experience estimating mechanical, electrical or plumbing trade work (a plus).
