Job Details

• Responsible for all field operations, directing team of Superintendents / Foremen / laborers, maintaining schedules / safety, coordination, sub / vendor relationships, produce quality work that’s on schedule / profitable, resolve issues, prioritize / delegate tasks, and organize / track materials / resources
• Ensure project deadlines / efficiency, control job costs, project logs / docs, and budget
• Projects include large luxury / high-end custom homes

Requirements :

• 3+ years of experience as a Director of Field Operations, General Superintendent, or Sr. Superintendent at a general contractor on luxury / custom home projects
• Commercial project experience is a plus
• Strong drive, solid leadership / personal skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client relation skills
