The HR Recruiting Specialist is responsible for supporting general operations of the department. They provide all necessary administrative support to the department – maintaining documentation and communications pertaining to the department, gathering necessary data / reports and coordinating with different departments to fulfill assigned tasks. With the guidance of their Senior Manager, the HR Recruiting Specialist will work with minimal supervision to ensure that the day-to-day High volume Recruiting Support is provided.

Essential Responsibilities :

Provide general administrative support to the department
Primarily provide recruiting support for high volume environment utilizing Applicant Tracking System
Maintain all documentation / communications for the department
Conduct initial phone screenings and in person interview for warehouse and office positions

Additional Responsibilities :

As assigned by the Senior Manager

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands in a high paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)

Preferred Education, Experience and Licenses :

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Recruiting position

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Additional qualifications in Human Resources , warehouse management, or a related field are a plus.
