Shape the rhythm of a safe, high‑performing maintenance operation
At the start of your shift, you huddle the crew around the whiteboard. Safety comes first : you reinforce our Beyond Zero programs, walk the floor for a quick 5S check, and reset expectations for the day. With the team aligned, you open the CMMS to review overnight work orders, confirm schedule adherence, and close gaps before they become delays.
Mid‑morning is about clarity and connection. You translate site and company strategies into what the team will do next—why a new procedure matters, how a change strengthens reliability, and which priorities to escalate to the customer. You track performance against key maintenance KPIs, dig into a root cause analysis, and turn those insights into action items. Barriers get removed, improvements get embedded.
In the afternoon, you coach one‑on‑one, approve justified overtime, and double‑check labor and material consumption. You lead a short stand‑up, celebrate wins, and ensure our Operating System is visible on the floor—not just understood, but lived. When issues arise, you communicate equipment status and shifting priorities to the customer to protect a positive, profitable partnership.
