Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Loan Processor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of mortgage loan processing, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and maintain an exceptional commitment to accuracy and customer service.

Schedule :

Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Responsibilities & Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years of loan processing experience
• Must be proficient with VA, FHA, Conventional, and Non-QM loan programs
• Proficient in calculating income (salary, hourly, self-employed, and rental)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Knowledge of compliance and ability to prepare initial disclosures
• knowledge of Encompass mandatory
• Ability to review the entire loan file, submit to underwriting, and process through to CTC / funding

Salary range :  $75,000 - $90,0000 range is based on experience.
