Property Manager - Affordable Housing (AFH)

This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with LIHTC regulations as well as other regulatory requirements of funding agencies. The position is responsible for providing leadership and direction to staff at assigned properties to ensure CMHA's Mission and Vision are achieved. The position reports directly to the Regional Manager.
