Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Behavior Specialist Wilmington, DE Pay : From $35-$40 / hr, based off experience

Blazer Jobs is seeking an experienced Behavior Specialist for a full-time role supporting students in the Wilmington, Delaware area. This position is ideal for a professional passionate about developing and implementing behavioral interventions that promote positive student outcomes.

Qualifications :

Masters degree in psychology, special education, behavior analysis, or a related field

Valid Behavior Specialist License issued by the Delaware Board of Examiners of Psychologists

Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and writing behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

Delaware background check and child abuse clearance required

Responsibilities :

Conduct behavioral assessments and create targeted intervention plans

Provide consultation and training to staff on behavior management strategies

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions through data collection

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
