Project Manager – Generator Sales, Service & Installation Company

Location : Lake City, FL

Employment Type :  Full-Time

Compensation :  Starting at $20.00 / hour, with performance-based increases

About the Role :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring smooth coordination between customers, installers, sales reps, and internal staff for generator sales, service, and installation projects.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Schedule installations and service appointments with customers and installers
  • Manage permitting processes, including locating and securing necessary permits
  • Communicate with sales representatives to ensure project alignment
  • Collaborate with internal staff to maintain project timelines and efficiency
  • Provide follow-up and support throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications :

  • Experience in project management or coordination (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Familiarity with permitting and local regulations (a plus)
  • Basic computer proficiency (email, scheduling tools, etc.)
