Qualifications & Experience

What You'll Do :

As a Retail Shift Lead, you'll be the go-to leader on the floor, helping guide and support your team during busy attraction days! You'll wear many hats-from solving guest issues to coaching team members-and help drive LEGOLAND's signature fun.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as Supervisor on Duty overseeing Admissions, Attractions, Food & Beverage, and Retail

Motivate, coach, and support team members to deliver exceptional guest service

Monitor and manage daily assignments for the frontline crew

Help control queues and crowd flow to keep everything safe and fun

Lead training in areas like ride safety, food handling, and retail standards

Assist with inventory, stock, scheduling, and more when not duty managing

Handle guest concerns with empathy and creativity, turning problems into WOW moments

What You Bring to the Build :

High School diploma or GED

6+ months in entertainment, attractions, retail, or customer service preferred

A genuine passion for creating awesome guest experiences for kids and families

Strong communication, leadership, and training skills

Ability to energize your team and have fun while getting the job done

Bonus Points If You :

Love LEGOs (of course!)

Have previous experience managing or supervising in a fast-paced environment

Enjoy keeping things organized while staying upbeat and engaging

Flexibility is key- weekends, holidays, and evenings may be required

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and move through the attraction with ease
