Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join their team. As a Patient Care Technician, you will be part of the patient care team supporting individuals undergoing dialysis treatment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a compassionate nature, and a commitment to patient care, which will align successfully with the organization.

What's the Job?

• Provide direct, patient care for assigned patients under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Assist licensed nurses with pre and post dialysis patient assessments and their documentation.
• Monitor and document dialysis treatment parameters on Dialysis Flow Sheets.
• Report any significant information or changes in patient condition to the supervisor.
• Assist with emergency operational procedures and initiate basic CPR measures when necessary.
