Essential Functions

• Process month-end and year-end closing entries, process invoices for payment (A / P & A / R)
• Maintain vendor records and prepare 1099 forms each year for vendors : KOC, SCSC, MRI and each physician
• Process and reconcile A / P for vendors including : KOC, SCSC, MRI and each physician
• Prepare board packets, various financial reports, and documents for submission to accountant for tax return preparation
• Maintain fixed asset records, balance various general ledger accounts, and post entries to general ledger accounts
• Balance bank statements and visa statements for clinic and providers
• Prepare disbursement and generate electronic funds transfer or checks as required
• Manage and process payroll for staff and providers, including submitting tax payments, garnishments, and other payroll functions biweekly
• Work directly with HR to track employee wages, benefits, insurance deductions, vacation, sick leave, LWP, and jury duty
• Provide employees with information regarding any payroll issues
• Prepare and distribute annual IRS forms
• Prepare and process bank deposits for KOC, SCSC, MRI and each physician
• Reconcile accounts receivable from the AR department to Quickbooks
• Gather daily Front Office Cash and reconcile payments processed to batches for AR department
• Process incoming mail and distribute to appropriate departments
• Concierge services : handles lunch orders and pickup, banking, post office, board dinners
• Manage licensing for all physicians
• Support facilities management as needed
• Process and balance final tie out of month end
• Process tie out of SLMC monies through the PSA account
• Works directly with SLMC regarding financial aspects of the PSA
• Serves as a back-up to HR (Includes, but not limited to : Benefits, Payroll, New Employee Orientation, and general HR)
• Other duties as assigned
