Are you the machinist who turns complex prints into flawless parts?

Picture yourself stepping into our Gilbert, AZ 85233 facility at 3 : 00 pm, lining up a 5-axis mill for a production run, and driving quality through every cycle. That’s the rhythm of our night shift—3 : 00 pm to 11 : 00 pm, Monday through Friday—with a flexed schedule in place to support overtime.

Your Challenge

  • Can you own the setup? You’ll stage tools, dial in offsets, and calibrate multi-axis mills for repeatable production.
  • Can you read it right? You’ll interpret blueprints and technical drawings to hit spec first time.
  • Can you keep it running? You’ll monitor cycles, troubleshoot quickly, and perform routine maintenance to cut downtime.
  • Can you improve it? You’ll collaborate with teammates to refine processes and elevate throughput and quality.
  • Can you keep it safe? You’ll follow safety procedures and maintain an orderly workspace.

Your Background

  • 5+ years operating CNC mills (3–5 axis), with aerospace manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in production setups, including tool changes and calibration.
  • Blueprint / GD&T literacy and comfort with technical documentation.
  • Working familiarity with CNC programming and major control systems.
  • Detail-driven, analytical, and strong communicator; thrives in a team setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; certifications welcome.

    • Schedule & Location

    On-site in Gilbert, AZ 85233. Night shift runs 3 : 00 pm – 11 : 00 pm, Monday–Friday, with a flexed schedule currently due to overtime.
