As a Central Utility Plant Shift Supervisor at NC State, youll oversee a skilled team responsible for powering our campus through electrical generation, steam production, and chilled water systems. In this role, youll guide and train operators, ensure plant systems run safely and efficiently, and play a key part in meeting safety and environmental standards. Key responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to :

Minimum Experience / Education :

High school diploma or equivalency and four years of experience in applicable utility operations, of which one year is supervisory; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Maintains required certification(s).
