Pay : $23–$35 / hr Shift : 2nd 4 : 00 PM – 2 : 30 AM Location : Livonia

Sign-On Bonus : $1500 after 90 days

Shift Premium : 20%

Workbox Staffing is looking for CNC Lathe Machinists to work for a certified manufacturer specializing in precision gears and aerospace components. They are a build-to-print facility supporting prototype and production programs for the aerospace, automotive, and defense industries. Our team prides itself on technical excellence, quality, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce precision components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and GD&T specifications.
• Install and adjust chucks, tools, attachments, and stock pushers.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using micrometers, gauges, and calipers.
• Maintain and troubleshoot machinery as needed.
• Document work through production and quality logs.
• Ensure all work meets customer and industry standards.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
