• Assist clients in selecting the right insurance products tailored to their individual needs.
• Manage client accounts and ensure accurate documentation and policy updates.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and improve service delivery.
• Utilize CRM software to track client interactions and manage leads effectively.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements :

• Active insurance license in Georgia is required.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in using technology and CRM systems.
• Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
