We’re hiring a Lead Engineer to guide and mentor our engineering team while driving innovation, product development, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where your technical expertise and creativity will help shape the future of our products, processes, and customer experience.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead Engineering Projects : Oversee new product development and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance performance and efficiency.
• Drive Innovation : Research and integrate new technologies, processes, and materials to keep products competitive and cutting-edge.
• Ensure Compliance : Maintain adherence to industry standards and safety regulations while implementing quality assurance protocols.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Partner with production, supply chain, and sales teams to align engineering goals with company objectives.
• Champion Customer Focus : Translate customer feedback and market insights into design and process improvements.
• Use Data to Drive Results : Leverage analytics, KPIs, and testing to validate designs and measure engineering success.
